SchoolManagee is one login for the work a school already does every day. Administrators, teachers, parents and students each get a portal. Underneath is a single student record: admissions, attendance, the gradebook, report cards, timetables, messages, fees and the reports a district, trust or ministry actually asks for.

Who it is built for

Public and charter schools, private and independent schools, academies and multi-academy trusts, international schools, school districts and faith-based schools. The product is localized for the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Canada, and Australia and New Zealand — grading scales, term structures, terminology and statutory exports follow the region.

What “all-in-one” means here

A student information system stores the record. SchoolManagee includes that SIS and the tools around it, so a school is not re-typing the same child into a gradebook, a messaging app and a fees spreadsheet. Families get an iOS and Android app. Staff get role-based access, single sign-on and audit logs. The business office gets invoicing and online payments.
